Catherine Villarreal is the owner and founder of FFF Advising, where she brings over 25 years of accounting experience and a passion for technology-driven solutions. A member of the Ottawa Indians of Oklahoma, Catherine's career is rooted in her deep affinity for numbers and her dedication to helping businesses solve complex financial puzzles. Her expertise spans across accounting, financial statement analysis, and the automation of accounting functions, ensuring her clients can operate efficiently and accurately.
Growing up as a military brat, Catherine lived all over the world, with three years in Misawa, Japan, where she absorbed the Japanese value of taking care of the places we live. This experience shaped her approach to business, where she emphasizes responsibility, community, and integrity.
Catherine lives in Ocean Park, Washington, where the Pacific Ocean is her backyard. She shares her home with her husband and COO, Peter Villarreal, who supports FFF Advising with his HR and IT expertise, regulatory knowledge, and a keen eye for detail. Together, they make a strong team dedicated to providing top-notch service. They enjoy life with their cat, Lucky, and their dog, Castle.

Peter Villarreal
Peter is a USMC veteran and a results-driven HR professional with a Master of Business Administration from ITT Technical Institute and a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from the University of South Alabama. Certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2012, Peter has a proven track record of optimizing talent management, fostering positive workplace cultures, and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
Currently, Peter is engaged in various contract positions, assisting organizations of different sizes with HR systems, compensation strategies, job development, manager coaching, and performance management. His previous roles include consulting positions where he excelled in implementing Learning Management Systems, managing benefits, and streamlining HR policies. In his earlier career, Peter worked as a Human Resources Business Partner, conducting compensation audits and guiding strategies to enhance employee performance and morale.
